My business

Food should be made by people, not factories. That is the ideal that I am trying to live by. Baking bread by hand is slow work. It’s good work, but slow. When I am baking bread I truly feel part of the slow food movement.
My products

I’m all about baking bread by hand using simple ingredients. I bake using sourdough starters as well as commercial yeast. I occasionally sell other treats such as amaretti biscuits and scones.
